healthy vs. unhealthy relationships
Choose you. In any relationship, you must take care of yourself even in a marriage. It's important to communicate your needs of self-care to your partner and vice versa. If you are in a relationship that isn't defined as committed or in a long-term committed relationship, this person should be working for you not against you. It's also about respect, having healthy boundaries and working well together. As hard as it can be at times, do not be afraid to show your partner who you are. Love is love. And if it's love it won't change the relationship. If it's working against you, be strong enough and have enough self-respect to walk away.
Remember to Breathe
Breathing is the most important tool when conquering anxiety attacks while going to your peaceful place. Envision being at a place that gives you the most tranquility. Now, put your hands on your ribs and breathe in from your stomach deep enough your fingers begin to expand. Practice this even when you're not feeling anxious as a preventative measure for when anxiety does come on it can happen naturally giving you an overall calming sensation.
How your start your morning can really impact your day. My go to's are a green superfood drink, alkaline water, probiotics, and biotin for hair and skin. It is important to get in a morning routine to help jump start your day. What's your morning routine? I also recommend doing a physical activity that meets your needs to get your endorphins flowing. Whether it's walking further to work, or taking the stairs, small changes make the big difference.
